Powerful waves and excellent surf schools and surf shops have helped establish Croyde Bay’s reputation as North Devon’s best beach for catching waves.

Despite armies of young surfers keen to party, the village still boasts an olde worlde charm. If you’re not interested in surfing, there is plenty of room for sunbathers, swimmers and beach cricketers.
