General Information

The Georgian House is open for public visits to certain areas of the house, Mondays – Wednesdays in May & June, 11am – 3pm, along with all Bank Holiday Mondays in the year. Please ask for more information

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

  • Sleeps up to 25 guests, but please be aware that two of the beds are bunks so may not be suitable for adults
  • There are eight double bedrooms, three twin bedrooms and a three bed children's room
  • Four of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms
  • There are four additional shared bathrooms
  • There is a downstairs WC

Cooking and Dining

  • The dining table seats 18 guests comfortably, 22 at a squeeze
  • The kitchen dining table seats 12 comfortably, 16 at a squeeze
  • Fantastic chefs available for a special meal or on a residential basis
  • Aga range with two stoves and three ovens, four gas hobs and two electric ovens

  • Great village pub, which serves good and reasonably priced food, found at the end of the back drive of the house!

  • Millets Farm kids centre with maze and a bouncy castle, 5 minutes by car
  • Snakes and Ladders play centre, 15 minutes by car in Abingdon. Great for something to do on a rainy day!

About your Booking

Payment

  • We take a one third deposit at the time of booking
  • The balance is due three months before the date booked

Cautionary Deposit

  • £1,000 refundable deposit

House Restrictions

  • Up to two well behaved dogs allowed, provided they are only in the kitchen area and garden. Dog baskets are provided
  • Noise policy in place
  • No fireworks please
  • Not suitable for hen or stag parties
  • Weddings welcome, at an additional cost

Arrival and Departure

  • Check in 4pm
  • Check out 4pm on a Sunday
  • Check out 10am on other days
