Heron
Heron is the perfect holiday destination for families or a group of friends who want to enjoy the beautiful Padstow beaches and nearby tourist attractions. Located in a five star resort, Heron is a sophisticated, modern and beautifully furnished cottage.
This cottage sleeps 12 people in six bedrooms, all of which have ensuite bath or shower rooms. There are three double bedrooms and three twin bedrooms, making it the perfect option for any combination of family and friends. There is also an additional downstairs WC. The bedrooms are all spacious, tastefully decorated and include high-quality soft furnishings.
The first thing you will notice when you walk into Heron is the attention to detail. Rooms are perfectly furnished and designed in a modern, contemporary style. The spacious lounge room opens up to an outdoor entertaining area through huge sliding doors. The lounge room is the perfect place to relax and includes large comfortable sofas, a 50” TV, Wi-fi Internet, a DVD player, and a CD Player.
When you head outside through the sliding doors the first thing you will notice is the beautiful view. Heron is located in a great position, overlooking a small lake and surrounded by acres of lush countryside. The second thing you will notice is your private heated pool and hot tub! There is also an outdoor BBQ, a dining table and plenty of additional seating. The resort also has a shared FlowRider and indoor pool.
Back inside, the fully-equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight with every modern convenience you may require. If you prefer not to cook, there are drop-off meals available and a range of high-quality restaurants nearby. The spacious open plan dining room is a joy to dine in and has some great views of the beautiful environment just outside your door.
The best thing about Heron is the location. There are dozens of activities nearby for holiday-makers of all ages including surfing, swimming, coasteering, sea kayaking, bike riding, coastal hiking, Tintagel Castle, golfing, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and luxurious spa treatments at the Retreat Spa.
There are some wonderful attractions nearby for the kids including Newquay Waterworld, Newquay Zoo, St. Eval Kart Circuit, the Padstow Treasure Trail, Crealy Adventure Park, Screech Owl Sanctuary and Flambards Theme Park.

Ridgeway House
Set in a beautiful rural location, Ridgeway House is the ultimate luxury country cottage for groups of up to 20 people. This impeccably restored building features luxurious contemporary interiors while remaining true to its rustic countryside heritage.
The interiors feature huge oak beams, which remind people of the farmhouse origins of the building in which they are staying. Ridgeway House is impeccably furnished in a contemporary style. The building features large windows that make the most of the greenery just outside your door.
There are a total of five bedrooms, two of which have an ensuite bath or shower room. The bedrooms use zip-and-link beds that can be separated, allowing for a wide variety of configurations to match any sleeping requirements.
The highlight of the home is a beautiful dining room that features oak beams, a large oak table and huge oak-framed glass windows that show off the lovely outdoor area. Adjoining the dining room is a modern and fully equipped kitchen if you would like to do some cooking. If not, a chef can be hired to cater individual meals and drop-off meals are available. You could also venture into town for some delicious pub food at The Wheelwright Arms.
The lounge room features a flat screen television, DVD player, iPod dock, and Wi-fi Internet. Ridgeway house also has a games room with pool table and an outdoor hot tub — the perfect place the spend the evening with a glass of wine!
The property is located near the village of Lambourn, in the heart of the Berkshire chalk downs. It is a beautiful part of the world that remains very quiet and peaceful — the perfect destination for a stress-free holiday.
There are many holiday attractions nearby including: Ashdown House, Highclere (where Downton Abbey is filmed!), Lambourn gallops, and the Hungerford Arcade. The kids will enjoy going to Roves Farm to pet animals or to Northcroft Lido for a swim.
