Behind Polpier is the club standard synthetic clay tennis court. Perfect for friendly knock abouts or your own tournament.
Polpier has two acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, with incredible harbour views. At the heart of the garden is the large front lawn, perfect for cricket and croquet. For keen chefs there is produce from the vegetable, fruit and herb gardens to experiment with. At the end of the lawn you’ll find the gazebo, which provides shade for lazy afternoons of reading and snoozing.
Relax in the elegant drawing room. Cosy up on the huge corner sofa in the family room. Warm your toes by the wood burner, and settle down for a night in front of the Bose home cinema system. Use the table for those impossible jigsaws, which take days to complete, even with the whole family helping out.
The disco hall, complete with DJ booth and disco ball is the perfect place to dance the night away with your family and friends.
There is also a games room at Polpier, complete with a table tennis table, and a snooker room with and breath-taking views over the harbour.
There is a large light-filled kitchen and dining room. At the far end, beside a wood burning stove, there is a granite topped table which seats up to 16 guests.
There is also bar with seats for ten guests and a wall mounted TV, fantastic for watching those important sporting matches.
Off the kitchen dining room there is a catering kitchen with everything you need to create a feast for your family.

There are eight super king bedrooms in total at Polpier. In the main house there are five super king bedrooms with walk in bath or shower rooms and the spacious Aqua suite with its own master bedroom ensuite bathroom and adjoining zip and link room. Great for families with young children.
Two guests can stay in idyllic privacy in the separate Honeymoon Suite which is available at an additional cost. The Honeymoon Suite sits apart from the main house and has a super king-sized double bed, en suite shower room and its own kitchenette.

Teenagers will love the games room at Polpier, which has a table tennis table, separate snooker room and of course the disco.
Children of all ages will enjoy splashing around in the heated outdoor pool and letting off steam on the tennis court. Get your rackets at the ready and prepare for some fun and laughter on the courts.
Dogs also adore Polpier, running around the gardens, snoozing on the sunbeds or curling up by the woodburners.
Mevagissey is still just as charming in winter. Boats bob in the harbour and the cottages are beacons of colour along the quiet, winding streets. The fish and chips are still to die for and the pubs and restaurants glow with a warm welcome.
