• Please be advised that there is additional accommodation on the estate, including the owner’s property, which may be occupied during your stay, these have private access, grounds and parking and no shared facilities with the main house or cottage
• Should the Cottage not be booked for your group, it may be let separately
• Please note: For security, CCTV is in operation in some estate areas
