The swimming pool sits at the very heart of Kingham Cottages. It is a wonderful indoor pool with changing rooms and views overlooking the gorgeous garden.
The Turkish steam room is part of the swimming pool complex, as is the large entertainment room with relaxed seating and a big TV for you to make the most of during your stay.
The pool and steam room are both shared with the owners and other guests.
Outside there are five acres of beautiful gardens, with an all-weather tennis court.
There’s room to relax here in a house on the edge of England’s best village. The loft apartment is stunning, the pool is heated, the steam room toasty.
Two cottages have spaces where 16-20 of you can all eat together, with well equipped and stylish kitchens, one with an Aga.
One of the cottages also has a basement den for you to hideaway in, complete with TV and games to keep everyone entertained during your family escape to the Cotswolds.
The Loft apartment has a huge open plan living space with kitchen, dining area and lounge and every cottage also has a comfortable dining and lounge area, with its own kitchen.
Kingham is a gastro-center. In walking distance there is the Wild Rabbit and The Kingham Plough, both award winning gastro pubs. Within a few minutes by car are several other excellent gastro-pubs. Most offer interesting local beers if you just want to grab a pint by a fireside or out in a garden.
Just a quick hike up the road is Daylesford Organic, the fanciest farm shop in the land. There you can stock up on the best organic meat, vegetables, fruit and bread. Check out the garden and clothes shops, spa and extensive café for a coffee or bite to eat.
Of course, if you’d like to dine in that can be arranged too. Help yourselves in the well equipped kitchen. Or we can arrange to have food dropped off for you ready-to-serve or even waitress-served in-house catering – from a simple buffet to a summer BBQ or even a fully catered holiday.
