• Please be advised that there is additional accommodation on the wider 300 acre estate which may be occupied during your stay, this has private access, grounds and parking and no shared facilities with the property
• Please note: the footpath to the bay is steep and may not be accessible for everyone
• Please note that there are building works taking place on the land adjacent to this property until December 2024, between the hours of 8am and 5pm. This is not on the land of the property that guests access and measures have been taken to ensure it will not impact guest stays.
