Rosetrees & The Vine

As if you didn’t already have 101 reasons to want to get away to the Lakes, we have a new and exciting couple of properties, part of the Lingholm Estate in Keswick and both boasting equally impressive personalities between them. With BBQs, touches of subtle luxury, modern features and en-suites throughout, this Cumbrian pair promise to have you at home as soon as you and the family have had your fill of all that the Lakes has to offer – from tours through Lake laureate Wordsworth’s Dove Cottage and boyhood school to leisurely ambles “o’er Vales and Hills” around Windermere, Grasmere and beyond – these houses will ensure the Lakes stay with you for life.

The Lakes by Yoo

We’re proud to have taken on a number of stunningly designed new houses from the Lakes by Yoo. Though the flagship ‘Barnhouse’ and others have been with us for a short while, we’re excited to be able to bring you the full set, now comprising: (Drum roll, please)… ‘Barnhouse, Claydon Lodge, Coln Lodge, Bowmore Lodge, Longdoles Lodge, Lechlade Lodge, The Jade, White Willow Lodge, Orchard Lakehouse, Huntsman Lakehouse and Lakeside Villa. Every single one has its own unique voice and will leave you with some very special and very chic memories of lovely Lechlade, the Cotswold home of these lakeside gems. It’s not only the houses themselves that will impress, though. Stay in any one of these properties and you’ll have access to the wide range of Lakes by Yoo activities and facilities dotted around the lakes. How does this sound: pools, spa, treatments, al fresco dining, private chefs and much more… We know: about perfect.

The Works

The Works

The Works

Next up we have The Works of beautiful Southern England – Long Sutton, Somerset. Let it never be said that you can’t impress across one floor. This house is wrapped in wood, crowned in solar panelling and packed with distractions for every member of the family. As the kids – and maybe certain of the adults – challenge each other to table football and pool in the large open-plan living and dining space, seek out the treatment room, Finnish sauna and vaulted steam room to find that luxury and vitality you promised yourself. All this before you’ve even explored outside… Well, out of doors you’ll find your private pool, hot tub and gardens, providing you with even more excuses to spend all your time at the house. But when you’re ready to venture out and see more of Somerset, there are plenty of things to do in the area, from cider tours to Fleet Air Arm, from museums and Middlemoore Water Park to fishing on the River Parrett. Don’t worry – it will all be waiting for you when you get back!

New Forest Estate

New Forest Estate

New Forest Estate

Last but by no means least is the breathtakingly stately New Forest Estate, comprising Main House, Cottage and Coach House. Nestled in the New Forest National Park, this Estate promises a wealth of easy luxury in irresistibly comfortable and lush surroundings. There’s no limit or end to the possibilities of feelings here: solitude, privilege, energy, luxury, activity, exclusivity and peace – it’s all here in different corners and waiting for you and your family to come to claim it. With no fewer than 18 bedrooms sleeping up to 36 guests, you could easily lose each other here – and that may be a welcome idea. But when you all come together again to reflect on the extent of this New Forest wonder, everyone will have their own stories and their own angles – discoveries, new games and inspirations. Croquet and giant Jenga on the lawn or clay pigeon shooting and hacking through the forest? You’ll find the balance, and at the end of it all, you’ll know there was so much left to do – so much left for next time!
