• Please be advised that there is additional accommodation on the wider estate which may be occupied during your stay, this has private access, grounds and parking and no shared facilities with Vineyard Farmhouse or Boathouse
• Please note that there is a working farm on the estate, please be aware of machinery when walking within the estate grounds
