Alternatively, the show-off little sister, is the additional accommodation within the grounds of the lavish Court House manor providing a boutique hotel-like beauty.
Finally, The Barn comes dressed in subtle hues of blue, with glorious bathroom, TV and pamper-perfect beds.
In The Stables, you’ll chuck your logs in the woodburner, luxuriate in the freestanding bedroom tub, and dilly-dally forever in the lovely rainshower. Cook on the range, eat all together around the extending table, watch Netflix in bed, hire bikes on site, revel in the dizzy opulence of the furnishings, vow to hide on departure day.
The Court House has four acres of landscaped gardens, including sun terraces and patio areas. From the sun traps to the stunning views every aspect of this beautiful country estate is designed with luxury in mind.
There is an intimate decking area complete with a large fire pit, covered outdoor heated pool that’s open all year and BBQ area, the perfect place to spend a summer evening.
Get cosy underneath the glass topped pergola complete with fire pit table, the perfect spot for unwinding with a cocktail. The marquee sits overlooking the garden and is a great space for entertaining. When all that gets too much, take a dip in the Mediterranean style heated pool with seating and dining areas.
Eat out on the terrace by the Stables beneath the awnings and the giant Cotswold skies, top up your wine, bask in the hush.
And why not? There’s a zen-like, spiritual calm to the surroundings here. You might not find the meaning of life soaking up the sun on the day beds, but you’ll have fun chinwagging over a glass of fizz in delightful surroundings.
The huge family sitting room at The Court House has a large 3D TV and Satellite channels. The second sitting room is warmed by a large open fireplace, perfect for gathering around with friends and family. If you need to do a spot of work during your visit there is also an office space within this grand sitting room.
In the oldest part of the house you’ll discover the magnificent Courtroom. With original 16th century fireplace and panelled walls, there are large sofas encircling the fireplace, giving everyone space to spread out and relax. A hidden door leads down an original stone staircase to a vaulted games room with full length snooker table, large flat screen TV and bar area, ideal for boys night and for keeping the children happy.
Plenty space for lazing and lounging, and in some comfort. The Court House Stables spaces follow the same pattern of rich, sumptuous luxury. All three buildings ladle on the glitz and bling, with studded fabrics, leather sofas, gilt mirrors and oodles of chrome. TVs in The Stables can be found in the bedrooms. Instead, centre-stage in The Stables’ living area is a woodburner (who needs a Firestick?). There’s high-speed internet for dipping into your devices.
The Barn living room is a snug space with an opulent feel. Settle down with fizz and popcorn for an evening of Netflix or Prime in front of the large-screen wall TV.
There is a large and fully equipped kitchen at The Court House, as well as a chef’s table, which makes cooking and chatting just perfect in the heart of the house at this country estate. Enjoy a delicious evening meal in the wood panelled dining room. There is an impressive dining table seating up to eighteen guests for celebratory dinners and hearty lunches. For breakfast there is lots of space for everyone in the kitchen. Head out to the terrace to find marble tables with large umbrellas and dine al-fresco in style.
You’ll get everyone around the extending table in The Stables for sociable suppers. Otherwise, The Barn seats four. Cook on gas range cookers with electric fan ovens in the Stables and Barn. Eating al-fresco? The Stables brings the inside out, with a decked, split-level courtyard terrace roofed by giant awnings. Get together, eat, drink fizz, be merry.

Eat out at The Falcon, overlooking the church, or The Oak, serving real ale, cider and locally sourced grub in a traditional country-pub setting with a beer garden. Or call in at The Waypoint at the golf club for dry-aged longhorn beef, aromatic duck or torched buffalo chicken.
In the main house, there are eleven individually designed bedrooms to choose from, each decadent in style and luxurious in feel.
All bedrooms have either Double, King or Super King beds. One of the bedrooms also have a pull-out sofa, which provides added space for two more guests.
All bedrooms are en-suites except one, which has a private bathroom.
The Stables provides three sumptuous bedrooms. The Hayloft comes with kingsize bed, romantic garden entrance room and en-suite shower room. The Saddle is a larger, light-filled room with a super-king bed and en-suite shower room. The Velux window comes with electric blind. The romantic Bridle offers a super-king with clawfoot bath.
The Barn has two bedrooms, one a super-king and the other a twin that can also work as a kingsize, thanks to the wonders of zip-and-link. You’ll share a large bathroom and additional shower room.
