• Up to 38 additional day guests permitted by pre-authorisation only unless booking an event - please note that a fee is applicable
• Please be advised that the Garden Wing can be let separately if not booked by your group, this has separate access, parking and its own entrance and shares no facilities with the main house
• The Penthouse room will be locked and unavailable if not booked by your group
